Privacy Policy

Lettuce Focus is built by Stanislav Perevozchikov (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the Lettuce Focus iOS application collects, what stays on your device, and what happens if we share anything with third parties. We designed the app to collect as little as possible.

What stays on your device

The core of Lettuce Focus — your app selections, schedules, session history, streaks, and aura level — is stored on your iPhone in the app’s local container and the App Group container shared with the DeviceActivityMonitor extension. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

What we collect automatically

When you use Lettuce Focus, the app may collect:

• An anonymous device identifier generated by RevenueCat for subscription management. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any personal account.
• Your device locale and iOS version, used to format times and currencies and to diagnose compatibility issues.
• Purchase events (subscription started, renewed, canceled) reported to RevenueCat and Apple so we can verify entitlement.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise location, contacts, or the identities of the apps you choose to block or limit.

Apple Screen Time permissions

Lettuce Focus uses Apple’s FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks to display app usage, enforce limits, and shield apps you’ve chosen to block. When you grant Screen Time authorization, Apple passes an opaque, privacy-preserving token to the app that represents your selection — we never see the underlying app names or your actual usage data on a server. All enforcement happens on-device.

Third-party services

We use one third-party service:

• RevenueCat — subscription management. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID, your purchase events, and basic device metadata (model, iOS version, locale). RevenueCat’s handling of this data is governed by its own policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple also processes your App Store purchase under Apple’s own privacy policy.

Children

Lettuce Focus is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children in these age groups. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete any associated data.

Your rights

Because nothing lives on our servers, the simplest way to delete your Lettuce Focus data is to uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes everything stored on your device.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the Effective Date above. Material changes will also be flagged inside the app.
