Effective Date: April 24, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lettuce Focus iOS application (the “App”), developed by Stanislav Perevozchikov (“we,” “us”). These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement; where these Terms and Apple’s EULA cover the same subject, these Terms control.
By downloading or using Lettuce Focus, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
Lettuce Focus is an iPhone Screen Time management tool built on Apple’s FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks. It helps you see where your time goes, set daily limits, schedule focus sessions, and block apps and categories you choose.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lettuce Focus (16 in the EEA and UK). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to agree to these Terms.
Lettuce Focus is offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis through the Apple App Store. You may be offered a free trial; any unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
When you use Lettuce Focus, you agree:
You own your Screen Time selections, schedules, and session data. Because this data never leaves your device, we don’t claim or need any license to it.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lettuce Focus is a productivity and digital-wellness tool, not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical intervention. Individual results vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 (whichever is greater).
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
30-day opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing sleeping.vityaz@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your name and a statement that you are opting out.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. If arbitration is unavailable or waived, exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the Effective Date at the top and flag material changes inside the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
